Returns

Advantage Software offers only the highest quality products, and you can expect only the finest in hardware and software when purchasing from our company.  Should an item not meet Advantage Software’s documented description, we will replace the item with a working model or offer a refund.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable. The following products may not be returned for exchange or refund:  software; laptop computers; training courses; content on digital/recordable media such as CD, DVD, or flash drive; service and support agreements; custom-printed training materials and items, and Advantage Software writers.  Advantage Software writers include a one-year repair/replacement policy.

All returned products must be pre-approved for return by an Advantage Software administrative representative and accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).  Any products returned without an RMA# will be refused upon delivery.  An RMA# can be obtained by contacting our Administrative Offices between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 pm Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
